My work covers a portfolio of residential homes, apartments and commercial units, along with the day-to-day running of my businesses. That means a steady flow of practical communication: arranging viewings and inspections, coordinating repairs, booking appointments and keeping tenants informed.
I use a dedicated phone number to send and receive text messages with people I already deal with. Typical messages include:
I only text people who have given me their mobile number directly for this purpose, for example a tenant on their tenancy application, a contractor quoting for work, or a business I have an appointment with, or who have texted my number first. I do not buy, rent or share contact lists, and I do not send marketing messages.
Message frequency varies with each conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. After you reply STOP you will get one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START.

This policy explains what personal information I collect when I communicate with you and how I use it.
Your name, phone number, email address and the content of messages we exchange, plus any details you share that relate to a tenancy, booking or job.
Only to communicate with you about the matter you contacted me about or agreed to receive messages for, and to keep reasonable records of that communication.
I do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with anyone else, except service providers who deliver messages on my behalf, or where the law requires it.
I keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, by contacting me using the details below.
